Production flow

1. 

   Step 1

   Fabric cutting

   According to product specifications and customized sizes, high-quality fabric materials are precisely cut by professional cutting machines. All cutting dimensions are strictly controlled to ensure consistency, neat edges and perfect matching for subsequent lamination and assembly.

2. 

   Step 2

   Lamination

   Multi-layer materials are tightly bonded through professional lamination technology. The process ensures strong adhesion, no delamination, uniform texture and excellent waterproof and tensile performance of the finished pet mat.

3. 

   Step 3

   Gel filling

   Environmental and safe cooling gel is quantitatively injected into the laminated fabric cavities through precise filling equipment. The gel volume and distribution are strictly calibrated to ensure even cooling effect, soft touch and stable product flatness.

4. 

   Step 4

   Sealing

   High-temperature hot-press sealing is applied to all product edges to lock the internal gel completely. This process effectively prevents gel leakage, edge cracking and material separation, improving the durability and service life of pet cooling mats.

5. 

   Step 5

   Packing

   After final quality inspection, qualified products are cleaned, sorted and neatly packed. Custom packaging, logo printing and personalized packaging solutions are available to meet different brand and wholesale requirements.
